Warren G made a name for himself in the 1990s with the song “Regulate.” This weekend he brings his “The G Funk Experience” to the Rialto Theatre.
Warren G: The G Funk Experience hits the stage Friday, Sept. 15. Warren G, the man behind 1994’s “Regulate” with Nate Dogg, is returning to Tucson after a June 24 show at the Rialto was postponed.
The rapper had several Billboard chart-climbing hits, including “This D.J.,” “I Shot the Sheriff” and “I Want It All,” but “Regulate” and “Nobody Does It Better” will probably be the songs you’ll be singing long after the show.
His recent singles include “My House” from the 2015 EP “Regulate … G Funk Era Pt. II.” Doors open at 7 p.m. and tickets are $23 in advance, $25 at the door.
