TEMPE — Authorities say a man suspected of sexually assaulting and burglarizing an elderly Tempe woman has been arrested in Mexico.
The Arizona Republic reports on its Web site that Mexican authorities arrested 51-year-old Graham Bussi Gravely on Saturday.
Tempe police Sgt. Steven Carbajal says his department and the U.S. Marshal’s Service notified Mexican authorities of where they thought Gravely would be. It’s unclear where in Mexico Gravely was arrested.
Police have been looking for Gravely since July 20, when police believe he broke into the home of an elderly Tempe woman, robbed her of her debit card and other items, and then raped her.
