Notable accomplishment at UA: McAlister was a three-time All-Pac-10 first-team selection (1996, 1997, 1998) during his time at the UA. He's also one of only two Wildcats to post a 100-yard kickoff return, which he did in two separate seasons (1996, 1998). 

McAlister was inducted into the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame in 2003.
