Forbes Investors LLC bought two industrial buildings at 2002-2010 N. Forbes Blvd. totaling 41,252 square feet for $2.4 million. Picor’s Ron Zimmerman represented the seller, Tucson North Forbes Ventures LLC, and Brandon Rodgers, also with Picor, represented the buyer.
