Tucson Real Estate: Oro Valley to get dialysis center

A new dialysis center is planned for Oro Valley.
Total Renal Care Inc. leased 7,828 square feet at 1521 E. Tangerine Road.
The California-based company provides dialysis services for patients with chronic kidney failure, also known as end stage renal diseases.
It operates kidney dialysis centers and also offers services in contracted hospitals. It operates as a subsidiary of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc.
The Tangerine location will be a DaVita clinic. There are five other DaVita clinics in the Tucson area.
For the lease, the tenant was represented by Keith Lammersen, of Jones Lang LaSalle, and the landlord was represented by David Volk and Bruce Suppes, of CBRE.

Fort Lowell Road and will be fully occupied by CODAC Behavioral Health Services of Pima County. Tom Nieman, with Picor, represented both parties.
