Pima County is accepting applications for its Loop Vendor program as part of an expansion of vendor sites to all areas of the more than 100-mile multi-use trail.
Prospective vendors can register at the vendor registration page on The Loop website.
Vendor types include pushcart food peddlers and others. Mobile, motorized food trucks are not allowed on The Loop.
Food vendors may require health permits issued through the Pima County Health Department.
The Loop vendor program began last May with eight vendor sites along the Rillito River Park section of the path.
Vendors will have to provide evidence of at least $1 million liability insurance if no health permit is required and at least $2 million liability insurance if they must have a health permit.
