This year's Star 200 includes numerous name changes, in some cases representing new companies or merged employers - including some of the survey's biggest names.
• The University of Arizona Health Network is the new name (including "The") for the entity that combined University Medical Center and University Physicians Healthcare (called UA Healthcare on an interim basis and in the Star 200 last year).
• The Westward Look Resort has been renamed the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa to reflect its acquisition.
• Qwest Communications is now CenturyLink.
• Agero is the new name for the former Cross-Country Automotive Services, a provider of roadside assistance and vehicle-monitoring services, following its merger with ATX Group last year.
• Receivable Management Services Corp., which provides business debt-collection services and related services, has changed its name to RMS/iQor following its acquisition by New York-based iQor Holdings.

• Tucson restaurant landmark El Charro (and the related Chonita Foods and Sir Veza's) is now listed under "Flores Family," at the company's request.
Gone from the Star 200
• TCIM Services closed its call center in Tucson late last year after laying off 122 workers.
• MJKL Enterprises, operator of Carl's Jr. restaurants, has been dropped from the Star 200 due to uncertainty over the company's local operations. Some local Carl Jr.'s apparently are now operated by a company called Frontier Star LLC, which includes some of MJKL's principals. MJKL has not responded to the Star 200 survey for several years.
