• Hudson Baylor purchased lot 12 at Alvernon Corners, near South Palo Verde Road and East Ajo Way, from Stefan Scimone for about $628,000. Bill DiVito and Howard Kong of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller and David Blanchette of CBRE represented the buyer.
• Hudson Baylor purchased lots 13 and 14 at Alvernon Corners from Stewart Title & Trust, Trust No. 2550, for $492,807. Divito and Kong represented the seller and Blanchette represented the buyer.
LEASES
• The Arizona Department of Economic Security leased 25,998 square feet at 800 E. Wetmore Road from Floating Island Investments LLC. David Montijo of CBRE represented the landlord.
