CPA Eric Rudner promoted to partner
Certified public accountant Eric Rudner has been promoted to partner at Ludwig Klewer & Co. PLLC.
Rudner has been with the firm since 1998, most recently as a senior manager, and has developed tax and financial-statement expertise across industries including construction contracting, non-profit organizations, real estate partnerships, employee benefit plans, as well as individual taxes.
Julie Rae joins acupuncture practice
Julie Rae has joined 4 Branches Community Acupuncture, 7735 E. Broadway.
Rae is a nationally certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist who recently relocated from the Phoenix area.
A graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, she is state-licensed acupuncturist in the Arizona and Colorado. Rae has been in private practice for 10 years, and has served as a clinic supervisor and adjunct instructor in acupuncture colleges.

David Ifflander joins First Command office
David Ifflander has joined the Tucson office of First Command Financial Services as a financial adviser.
Ifflander joined First Command as a registered representative and agent in December 2009, following a 28-year career in the U.S. Army in which he served as an Army fire-support officer, attaining the rank of colonel.
A graduate of the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in police science, Ifflander has a master's degree in public administration from Central Michigan University and a master's degree in national strategic decision making from Salve Regina University. He holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and state life- and health-insurance licenses. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and Financial Services Institute.
Chris Patyk becomes radio program director
Chris Patyk has joined Clear Channel Radio as program director for 92.9 KWMT-FM The Mountain, 790 KNST-AM and Cool 1450 KWFM-AM.
Patyk oversees the programming duties of each of the stations and serves as co-host on 92.9 The Mountain's "Jennie in the Morning" show beginning Jan. 11.
A Tucson native and a University of Arizona alumnus, Patyk returns from Portland, where he most recently served as operations manager of Alpha Broadcasting's KUFO and KCMD.
