Hotel Congress is hosting what is surely the ultimate play on Friday's once-in-a-century date:
Eleven bands, 11 bucks and, starting at 11 p.m., 11-cent drinks on 11-11-11 - that's Friday. But this is more than a gimmick to get you in the door: among those 11 bands, all local and national practitioners of hip-hop and electronica, is the Tucson debut of Remix Artist Collective (R.A.C.), which specializes in club remixes of popular songs.
