The loss of the Wine Brothers could be your gain.
The Pima County Sheriff's civil unit seized more than 4,000 bottles during the recent foreclosure of the Northwest Side wine bar. Now the county plans to auction off the wine, as well as the store's beer, liquor, glasses, furniture — even its Christmas decorations.
The auction will be held at 10 a.m. Oct. 1 at Wine Brothers in Casas Adobes Plaza at 635 W. Ina Road.
The retail value of the wine ranges from $10 to nearly $200 a bottle, said Sgt. Andy D'Entremont, the unit's supervisor.
The wine will be arranged in lots of 100 bottles. Other items, including the bar's refrigerator case, also will be in large groupings.
Prospective buyers will have one hour before the bidding starts to preview the lots. After the auction, buyers will be responsible for transporting purchases off the premises.

The brothers could not be reached for comment Tuesday. Casas Adobes management declined comment.
JP Morgan Chase also filed suit against the business in February. A judge issued a seizure order on June 30.
According to Wine Brothers' Web site, www. winebrothers.net/more.php, the brothers envisioned the shop as a place where customers would "laugh, learn, and enjoy casual, interesting, and exciting offerings from great wine makers."
