A drug-sniffing dog, Aug. 1, 2014, detected narcotics in a Ford SUV driven by a 42-year-old man from Mexico. Officers found 11 packages of cocaine, weighing a total of 27.5 pounds, under the rear seats. The drugs had an estimated value exceeding $288,000.
