I am not great at taking time off. I really love writing and seeing clients, but sometimes I can overdo it. The result of not giving my body and mind a break is that I’ll get a cold or hurt myself because I was too tired to be careful, which can put me in bed for a couple of days, giving my body the rest it needs. But this way of relaxing is not ideal.
