She is also on a special diet to manage her potential for urinary tract infections and takes supplements for hip arthritis, a condition that may require future pain management. She would love to find a home with someone who understands how special she is and is willing to help keep her happy and comfortable.

Qualities: Fritz is a sweet, medium-sized Shepherd mix boy who had a rough start in life, although from the smile on his face now, you'd never know it! He was found chained to a pole at a rest stop in New Mexico with no one but his soon-to-be rescuers in sight. Why he was left behind made no sense because he loves to play and is good with everyone -- kids, dogs and cats. Fritz is neutered, has all his vaccines, is micro-chipped, licensed and crate-trained.
Needs: Fritz is still a youngster and will benefit from continued obedience training.
