The Pima County Sheriff’s Department wants to expand its use of Facebook, offering the first of what it hopes will be monthly chats on the popular social media site.
The first session will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. March 6, according to a news release.
The department’s Facebook friends are being asked to help pick a topic. Among those suggested by the department: law enforcement careers; traffic issues; mental health; and volunteer opportunities at the department.
