Season 4 of "Longmire," the TV series based on the books by Tucson Festival of Books fan-favorite Craig Johnson, premieres on Netflix on Thursday, Sept. 10.
The series was canceled by A&E because its audience wasn't in the advertiser-coveted demographic bit it was picked up by Netflix.
The fourth season of "Longmire" will pick up from where it has left off, when Absaroka County, Wyoming, Sheriff Walt Longmire discovers his wife's killer and goes to avenge her death, according to media materials.
