The body of a woman found in the Foothills on Sunday afternoon was identified as Ann Pardo, who had been missing for nearly two weeks, authorities said.
Shortly after 4 p.m., deputies responded to a 911 call regarding a body found in the wash in the area of North Craycroft Road and East Sunrise Drive. Deputies arrived at the reported area and found a woman at the bottom of a large retaining wall, according to a Pima County Sheriff's Department news release.
A fanny pack was found on a ledge near the sidewalk on Craycroft Road, and a set of keys found near the body matched the home of Ann Pardo, who was reported missing March 31, said department spokesman Deputy Tom Peine.
Deputies found no signs of foul play at the scene.
The Pima County Medical Examiner's Office positively identified the body as Pardo, Peine said.
