Tucson Police homicide detectives were investigating the death of a man whose body was found Friday afternoon behind a call center.
The man was found with obvious signs of trauma behind Contact One Call Center at 818 W. Miracle Mile, near North Fairview Avenue, said Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a Tucson Police Department spokeswoman.
Police were called to the business at 2:45 p.m. about a man who was throwing rocks and possibly trying to enter the business.
When officers arrived they encountered a man who was acting aggressively, Bay said.
That man threw rocks at officers and charged them but was Tasered by the officers and detained, said Sgt. Chris Widmer, a department spokesman.
People at the business told officers that there might be a second person behind the business in a desert area who might be injured. Officers searched and found the man's body, Bay said.
