The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive is offering a reward of up to $6,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction of a suspected Eastside Crips gang member.
Ruben Antonio Fisher, also known as Ruben Luzania, Ruben Lopez or Moy Cano, is a fugitive in a multi-agency criminal investigation involving the ATF, Tucson Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service and the Arizona Attorney General's Office, according to Thomas Mangan, an ATF spokesman.
Fisher has outstanding warrants for alleged "money laundering, use of a wire or electronic communication in a drug related transaction, misconduct involving weapons, possessing a deadly weapon or prohibited weapon, conspiracy, transport for sale of a narcotic drug, illegally conducting an enterprise, assisting a criminal street gang and assisting in a criminal syndicate," Mangan said in a news release.

Fisher, a 27-year-old Hispanic male, is about 5 feet 9 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes, Mangan said. He has three skeleton tattoos and the words "Golf Links" on his left arm, "Francesca" and "65" on his right arm and "RIP C Loc" on his chest.
The subject is considered armed and dangerous, according to the ATF.
The agency urged the public with information about Fisher to contact 882-7463 or 88-CRIME. Tips can also be texted to the number 274637 by entering "tip259" and typing your message.
