1 Larceny from a car was reported at 10:06 a.m. Feb. 18 at an apartment complex in the 4800 block of North Sabino Canyon Road. The owner told deputies someone tampered with the lock on a passenger's-side door. He said an iPod touch, a jacket and the stereo faceplate were taken.
2 Burglary was reported at 5:47 p.m. Feb. 18 in the 6500 block of North Longfellow Drive. A resident told deputies he found a broken rear window and an open sliding-glass door. A high-definition receiver box, a digital camera, two television sets and a basketball autographed by the 1997 UA Wildcats were stolen.
3 Fraud was reported at 8:25 a.m. Feb. 17 in the 4000 block of North Camino Ferreo. A resident told deputies he discovered a fraudulent charge for $198.72 on his credit card statement. He said the purchase was made online from Victoria's Secret. He told deputies he would cancel the card.

4 Arson was reported at 6:41 p.m. Feb. 16 in a wash behind the 4800 block of North Bear Creek Place. A resident told deputies the following: Several children had lighted a camp fire in the wash and shot off several fireworks. The children threw the rest of the fireworks into the fire and ran away after she yelled at them. According to the report, the fire spread and burned a 60- by 70-foot area. Rural/Metro Fire Department extinguished the brush fire.
5 A 15-year-old boy was arrested and charged with suspicion of burglary at 11:58 p.m. Feb. 15 at Esperero Canyon Middle School, 5801 N. Sabino Canyon Road, after he set off the security alarm. Deputies found the boy in the band room. He said he was having problems at home and decided to hang out at the school. He was booked into the Pima County Juvenile Detention Center.
6 Theft was reported at 3:35 p.m. Feb. 15 in the 4000 block of North Alvernon Way. A resident told deputies the following: She went for a walk and left the house unlocked. She saw a black truck backed into her garage when she returned from the walk. She saw one man in the garage and a second man wiping the garage handle. Both men swore when they saw her, got in the truck and drove away. According to the report, most of the rooms were ransacked. Jewelry, a laptop computer and a digital camera were among the items stolen. The resident gave deputies the license plate number of the truck.
