The angle may not have been as steep as it looks, but if it was, these workmen were getting ready for Spider-Man tryouts. Their practice area was the roof of the new 8,000-square-foot Country Club Office Plaza at 2761 N. Country Club Road. They were installing the copper roof panels on the new $800,000 building. When completed, offices were leasing for $12.75 per square foot per year.
