The American Legion Post 73 is collecting torn, tattered, discolored and worn out flags in advance of their Flag Day ceremony, which is co-hosted by Casas Adobes Elks Lodge 2663.
Flags in these conditions can be dropped off at the Casas Adobes Elks Lodge 2663, located at 4684 N. Highway Drive, after 3 p.m. daily.
The flags will be disposed of by burning.
The flag ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. June 10 at the Casas Adobes Elks Lodge.
