Photos: Deportation case against Tucson woman dropped
The deportation case against Tucson DACA recipient Karla Toledo has been dropped — for now. Toledo made headlines last month when she was arrested at her home and detained at Eloy Detention Center. Mo Goldman, her attorney, said at a news conference Wednesday that the case was dismissed, but could be refiled.
