Downtown Radio 99.1 FM started broadcasting on Monday in the basement of 1 E. Toole Ave. The primarily rock station is the brainchild of Jason LeValley who is the program director. The station is the first of the next wave of Low Power FM radio stations to start operating in Tucson. Wednesday September 16, 2015
