Justin Kredible to perform at Gaslight
Justin Kredible, who has co-starred on the MTV show "Room 401," will perform twice next week at the Gaslight Theatre, a Gaslight news release said.
He'll perform his magic-comedy show at 7 p.m. Monday and noon Wednesday at the Gaslight, 7010 E. Broadway.
Tickets range from $10 to $16 for the Monday night show and $10 to $12 for the Wednesday show. Call 886-9428 for more information or to buy tickets.
No Household Hazardous Waste drop-off on East Side in July
The Household Hazardous Waste Program outreach sites — including the one at Eastside City Hall, 7575 E. Speedway — will be closed for Independence Day and resume their once-a-month schedule Aug. 1.

Starting that day, people can resume bringing lithium batteries, automotive fluid and other household hazardous waste to Eastside City Hall and other outreach sites from 8 a.m. to noon the first Saturday of each month.
In the meantime, people can bring the waste from 8 a.m. to noon Fridays and Saturdays to the program's main facility, 2440 W. Sweetwater Drive, but that site also will be closed July 4.

Free family story times in July at Vail schools
The Vail Community Action Board Early Childhood Education Committee and Vail School District Community Services are holding free family story times at Vail schools.
The next story times will be from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. July 7 in the preschool room at Mesquite Elementary School, 9455 E. Rita Road, and from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. July 23 in the Kindercottage Room at Cottonwood Elementary School, 9950 E. Reese Loop.
Parents, grandparents and other caregivers can bring children for stories, activities and songs.
