Joe Biden was at it again with his "Fate of the Union" speech'. He said "This is a moment to speak the truth, to bury lies," It turned out to be a moment to speak lies and bury the truth.
His speech included misleading claims (lies) on inflation, crime, clean energy investments, wages and other subjects.
Biden boasted that under his leadership “wages keep going up.” Wages are down when adjusted for inflation.
Biden highlighted recent decreases in violent crime, but WDC, and Chicago know differently. The violent crime rates in the US are higher than they were in 2019.
Biden made it sound as if 8.2% was the standard tax rate billionaires pay today. It’s not: The actual average tax rate the top 1% of taxpayers pay is more than three times what Biden said: 25.6%, according to IRS data from 2019.

In summary, the border Is secure, the economy is great, crime is non -existent, and gas is dirt cheap. Way to go Pinocchio.
