Palo Verde Pool Mural
Sarina Tuskey, 18, cools off with a fan during a break from working on a mural at the Palo Verde Pool in Palo Verde Park, 355 S. Mann Ave. on July 11, 2019. Students from Palo Verde High School applied and five were chosen by the Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona in partnership with the Pima Association of Governments to design and paint a mural led by Isaac Caruso, a local artist. The final design focuses on the history and culture of the neighborhood.
