Reece surpassed former Washington Mystics and Connecticut Sun head coach Mike Thibault, who registered 379 regular season wins during his career. Bill Laimbeer, a legendary figure in the men’s game, notched 306 victories across stints with the Detroit Shock, the New York Liberty, and the Las Vegas Aces. Brian Agler enjoyed an esteemed coaching career in the WNBA, recording 287 wins while coaching the Lynx, Seattle Storm, Los Angeles Sparks, and Dallas Wings. Dan Hughes is a legendary figure in the women’s game, winning 286 games across stints with the Charlotte Sting, the Cleveland Rockers, the San Antonio Stars, and the Storm.
