Elections Director warns Cochise voters could be 'disenfranchised'

Arizona Elections Director Kori Lorick sent documents addressing their concern about the certification of election equipment in a letter Monday. She also warned that Cochise County voters could be "disenfranchised" if the board refuses to certify the county's election results.
