Robert Harrington, 33, was booked into the Pima County jail Aug. 14, 2014, and faces charges of second-degree murder, aggravated assault, felony criminal damage, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. He is accused of running a red light and causing a crash that killed a 22-year-old woman riding in his pickup truck.
