Looking more like the Arctic tundra of the Yukon Territory than southern Arizona this hillside in Rio Rico was a stark contrast to the normal February weather. Some two to three inches of snow fell in parts of Santa Cruz County but began to melt by 8:30 AM. Snow began falling again about 10:15 AM and was beging to stick to roads by 10:30 am.
