Snow fell - and stuck - in many places around the Tucson area by Sunday morning.
But as the clouds gave way to the sun, most of the accumulated snow quickly melted.
Even in the places where it remained, the snow won't have much of a chance of sticking around, as a gradual warming trend will see high temperatures get near 80 degrees by Tuesday.
Snow accumulations were generally above 2,700 feet, according to the National Weather Service. There were reports of snow falling early Sunday as low as about 2,200 feet.
