Catalunya Apartments LLC and Miraflores Apartments LLC bought Mayfair Manor Apartments, a 140-unit complex at 5180 E. 22nd St., and Shadow Pines Apartments, a 100-unit complex at 4011 N. First Ave. from Mayfair Tucson LLC and Esbro Tucson LLC. Bob Kaplan with PICOR and Jim Crews and Brett Polachek with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona handled the $8.7 million sale.
Entregar Tres LLC bought a 13,488-square-foot building at 3220 E. Irvington Road from Lazydays Land Holdings LLC for $1.7 million. Rob Glaser and Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, represented the seller. Robert Davis and Tom Hunt with Rein & Grossoehme represented the buyer.
Giovanni Rizza and Agnieszka Rizza bought a 6,490-square-foot retail building at 10110 N. Oracle Road from JESJO Inc. for $1 million. Rob Tomlinson, with PICOR, represented the seller. Bob Herd of Herd Realty Company represented the buyer.

DMC Logistics LLC leased 6,000 square feet at 750 E. Ohio St. from Ohio Street Building No. 2 LTD LLLP. Gary Emerson of GRE Partners LLC represented the tenant and Rob Glaser, of PICOR, represented the landlord.

Applied Physical Sciences leased 4,270 square feet at 4595 S. Palo Verde Road from Presson Equity Partners LLP. Rob Glaser, with PICOR, handled the transaction.
Arizona Lottery leased 3,398 square feet at the Village on Broadway, 2900 E. Broadway. The landlord, HFL Properties, was represented by Nancy McClure and Michael Laatsch of CBRE. The tenant was represented by Chris Corney of JLL in Phoenix.
Nexus Automotive leased 1,200 square feet at 8051 E. Lakeside Parkway from Tesoro Enterprises LLC. Gary Emerson of GRE Partners LLC represented the landlord.
