A funeral service for the wife of U.S. Olympic and UA softball coach Mike Candrea will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Augustine Cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave.
Sue Candrea died early Sunday morning of complications from a brain aneurysm. She was 48.
She had been traveling with her husband and Team USA on a pre-Olympics tour and collapsed Friday morning in Wisconsin, UA assistant softball coach Larry Ray said. The team played in Stevens Point, Wis., on Thursday night.
There will be a visitation at 5 Thursday night and a rosary service at 7 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 201 N. Picacho St., in Casa Grande.
