Arizona will face Gonzaga in Seattle on Dec. 17, 2011, according to the tentative schedule for next season that the Wildcats released today.
With the Pac-10 announcing its newly constructed schedule for 2011-12 as a 12-team league, Arizona did the same with the rest of its tentative schedule.
Previously announced games at New Mexico State (Nov. 26), at Florida (Dec. 6) and at the Coaches-vs.Cancer (Nov. 18-19) in New York were also on the official release.
Arizona also re-added a home game with San Diego State on Nov. 23. The Aztecs were scheduled for a home-and-home series with the Wildcats this season and next but SDSU had to cancel because of a scheduling conflict.

On the Pac-12 schedule, which now requires each team to play four other teams only once a season, the Wildcats will skip a road trip to Oregon and will not have Stanford and Cal visit McKale Center.
In 2012-13, Arizona will flip the schools, skipping the Bay area trip but traveling to Oregon. The Washington and Southern California schools will be the next four teams played only once, in 2013-14 and 2014-15.
The 2011-12 schedule means that Arizona will not play in Oregon's new Matthew Knight Arena until 2013. The Wildcats will play at Oregon on Dec 30 this season before the new arena is opened.
