Old Pueblo Grille
has been purchased
The Old Pueblo Grille on North Alvernon Way has new owners.
The restaurant was seized by a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge and closed earlier this year as part of owner Bob McMahon’s 2014 Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The sale was finalized Friday, said Pat Darcy of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., who represented the buyer, HSL 60 N Alvernon LLC, in the $1.2 million purchase.
He said HSL plans to keep it a restaurant. The seller was listed as 60 N Alvernon LLC.

Wright House plans: weddings and tours
PHOENIX — Early plans for a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed house in the Arcadia neighborhood envision the home as a visitors’ destination, including a shaded garden and underground education center for tours, performances and weddings.
Site maps and a list of property uses submitted to the city are the first official look at how the owner of the David and Gladys Wright House intends to open it to the public.
Wright designed the house for his son and daughter-in-law. After the couple died the house was sold without historic protection.
