A person of interest has been named in the slayings of two people March 2 in Three Points.

Sheriff’s officials said Monday they are looking for Charlie Michael Wooden, 29, in connection with the deaths of a man and woman found in the 11000 block of South Colt Drive.

Deputies from the Pima County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of suspicious activity and found a man and a woman lying on the ground in front of a home, according to a sheriff’s news release.

Both had obvious signs of trauma and were pronounced dead at the scene.

The home is off South Sasabe Road near West Ajo Highway.

The victims were identified as Vanessa Buster, 22, and Pluma-Blanca Jose Manual Navarro Cazares, 23.

Wooden is wanted on warrants for felony charges, including drug possession and being a prohibited possessor of a gun.

He is known to live in the Three Points area as well as near Camino Verde and Ajo Way. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information should call 911 or 88-CRIME.
