The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain is many things. Sparkling. Swanky. Gorgeous.
But for many golf fans, it's also far. The Ritz is technically located in Marana, off Dove Mountain Boulevard and Tangerine Road.
Luckily, it's a scenic drive. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, gas stations and tourist attractions to ease grumbling stomachs and full bladders. Check out the Star's list:

• Closest steak: The Steak Out, 3620 W. Tangerine Road. The Sonoita icon expanded to Marana earlier this month. The 7,200-square-foot restaurant serves the same menu, including mesquite-broiled steaks and its famous margaritas.
