Say what? Parks implores Cats to play like dogs
Will Parks' left eyebrow arched just a bit. His sideways glance conveyed four words: "Are you kidding me?"
How, Parks was asked this week, does it feel to be a heavy underdog in a game? The Wildcats did, after all, win 10 games a year ago. And eight in each of the two previous years.
"We were underdogs in all of them, too. Every single last one of them," the UA safety said. "I've never heard of us not being underdogs. I live the underdog lifestyle anyway; all these guys do too."
The Wildcats should feel right at home Saturday, then. USC is a 20-point favorite, the largest point spread Arizona has faced as an underdog all year. The Wildcats were 1-point underdogs against UCLA in Week 4, 12.5-point underdogs at Stanford and 6-point underdogs at Washington. Those numbers, it turned out, were all very low: Arizona lost the three games by a combined 107 points.

Being an underdog is "good for us," Parks said.
"We' like to lie low, and then come out of nowhere and start biting people," Parks said. "You can’t teach a dog how to eat."
