- Mattress Firm bought 3,500 square feet at 7201 N. Oracle Road for $2.3 million from NLA Oro Valley LLC. Chad Tiedemann, with Phoenix Commercial Advisors, represented both parties.
- Eight Bits LLC bought 50,000 square feet of land and a 9,100 square-foot building at 16355 N. Oracle Road from DCM Development LLC to open a Dollar General store. The seller was represented by Dave Hammack, of Volk Co., in the $1.7 million sale. The buyer was represented by Candace Carrell of Marcus & Millichap.
- Carbon Cabo LLC bought the Coronado Apartments at 402 E. 9th St. from Coronado Apts. LLC for $1.4 million. George H. Amos III, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented both parties.
- D3ULTD LLC bought 1.24 acres of land at the Southwest Corner of Ajo Way and Pandora Avenue, for $455,000.00 from QuikTrip Corp. Andrew D. Sternberg of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the buyer and Randy Emerson of GRE Partners represented the seller.
