APAC Customer Services, Inc. announced today that it will hire 350 people for its Tucson call centers over the next 45 days, starting with a job fair Wednesday.
The job fair will take place at the Holiday Inn at 4550 S. Palo Verde Road from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow.
The openings are for customer service associates, sales associates and bilingual sales associates. All will handle customers’ inbound calls but will not be required to make outbound calls.
“There is a particular demand in Tucson for bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish,” APAC said in a news release.
There are also openings for team leaders. All of the positions are full time and offer health benefits, including dental and vision. A paid training program is included.
The pay range for the jobs will be $10 an hour to about $19 an hour, with about 70 percent of the jobs falling into the $10-$11-per-hour range, said Shayne Farrell, vice president of operations. Incentive pay is also available.
