SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pei Wei, the fast-casual restaurant known for its bold flavors and
affordable Asian-inspired menu, will open the doors to its first
location in Moore, Okla., on Oct. 12. The restaurant, situated in the
Fritts Farm development at 750 SW 19th Street, will feature

environment for lunch, dinner or in between. Guests will experience a
unique variety of customizable dishes, including hand-rolled sushi and
the signature Honey Seared Chicken Wok Entrée.
“We can’t wait to fire up the woks and serve the Moore community,” said
Pei Wei Chief Marketing Officer Clay Dover. “This marks our ninth
location in the Oklahoma City area, and the local support continues to
be tremendous as we grow.”
Pei Wei recently opened another location in nearby Midwest City in
September, and together these restaurants have introduced more than 100
jobs to the Oklahoma City area.
Additionally, Pei Wei will celebrate its 200th restaurant
milestone later this month when it opens a location in Richardson,
Texas. In total, the company plans to add six more restaurants this year.
Hours of operation at the new Moore restaurant are 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday
