• Dahlstrom Investments LLC of Tucson purchased a 5,525-square-foot retail building at 4733 E. Broadway for $705,000. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE's Tucson office represented the seller, JRM Dana LLC of Mesa. The buyer's broker was Terry Dahlstrom of the Volk Company.
LEASES
• Get Air Tucson LLC leased 26,250 square feet at 330 S. Toole, Suite 300, from Levin Family LP. Get Air plans to open a trampoline entertainment facility. Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, and Carter Randall of PPC Commercial represented the tenant.
• SEU Enterprises LLC, doing business as Sport Clips, leased 1,099 square feet at 5920 Arizona Pavilions Drive, Suite 105, in Marana. David Hammack of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, AZ PAV LLC. Ben Craney of Bourn Advisory Services represented the tenant.
