• B.H. Management, Inc., purchased the 257,600-square-foot building at 6700 S. Pella Drive from Pella Corp. Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall with Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Gerald Norton and Chuck Pawlack of Binswanger represented the seller. Originally constructed for Weiser Lock in the early 1990s, the building was purchased as an investment and a tenant is being sought.
• Hush Investments LLC of Tucson purchased a 4,702-square-foot building at 4635 E. Fort Lowell Road for $499,000. David Montijo and Jeff Casper of CBRE's Tucson office represented the seller, The Foothills Bank of Yuma. Alan Moore of Chapman Lindsey in Tucson represented the buyer, which operates Hush Salon and Day Spa and plans to relocate the business to the new site.
• DCTN3 360 Sahuarita AZ LLC purchased 33,000 square feet within Madera Marketplace, at the northeast corner of Interstate 19 and Nogales Highway in Sahuarita, for $345,000. The buyer plans to build a retail store for Mattress Firm. Brenna Lacey of Volk Company represented the seller, Evergreen-Interstate 19 & Nogales LLC, and Pat Sauer of Velocity Retail Group LLC represented the buyer.

LEASES
• Heating and Cooling Supply LLC leased 28,500 square feet at 2301 S. Friebus Ave. from Oak Properties. Rob Glaser of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Robert Delaney of CBRE and Robert Bode of Mark V Commercial represented the tenant.
• Arizona Community Physicians Inc. leased 3,889 square feet at St. Joseph's Medical Plaza, 6565 E. Carondelet Drive. Dave Montijo of CBRE represented the tenant in negotiating the eight-year lease. The landlord, Tucson II MOB of Nashville, Tenn., was represented by Tom Knox and Rick Kleiner of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services. Arizona Community Physicians will use the space for its new lab facilities and plans to occupy the building next month.
