Rod and Co. LLC, doing business as Premier Building Group, bought a 9,721-square-foot industrial property at 3191 E. 44th St. for $800,000. Tim Healy of CBRE Inc. represented the buyer and the seller, Liberty Investments LLC, doing business as Liberty Drywall.
D.R. Horton Inc. bought 28 lots in Stonefield at Rancho Vistoso, in Oro Valley, from KC Tucson Ventures LLC. It paid $1.568 million cash for the lots, which are each at least 5,000 square feet.
Gould Family Properties VIII LLC bought an apartment building, Oasis in the Catalinas, at 5801 N. Camino Esplendora. It paid $1.575 million cash to the seller, Red Fort Denver LLC.
Presidio Trails Development LLC bought 50 lots near Old Spanish Trail. It paid $1.550 million to First American Title Trust for the vacant land.

Chuck Corriere of Keller Williams Southern Arizona represented the tenant, and David Carroll of Romano Real Estate represented the landlord.
Oscar Campas leased 2,020 square feet for his boat parts business at 5969 S. Belvedere Ave. from DeCook Properties LLC. Chuck Corriere of Keller Williams Southern Arizona handled the deal.
Eclipse Clinical Research LLC leased 2,468 square feet in a medical office building at 1704 W. Anklam Road. Bruce A. Suppes of CBRE Inc. represented the tenant. The landlord, Torralba Properties LLC, was represented by Tom Knox of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services.
