• Equilibrium Fund Prop 4 LLC bought apartments at 3810 E. Monte Vista Drive, near Glenn Street and Alvernon Way, from ACM Ventures LLC. Sale price was $432,000.
• CAP Drexel, LLC bought commercial property at 5620 S. 12th Ave., near Drexel Road, from Title Security Agency of Arizona. Sale price was $470,000.
LEASES
• Freedom Smoke USA International Inc. of Tucson, owned by David Dettloff and Pamela Workman-Parker, leased 4,025 square feet at Midstar Plaza, a retail strip center at 4564-4570 E. Broadway, near Swan Road. Alan Tanner and Paul Schloss of CBRE's Tucson office represented the tenant. The landlord, Midstar Partners LLC of Tucson, was represented by Nancy McClure, also in CBRE's Tucson office. Freedom Smoke USA is expected to open its store next month.
