• DMD Equity LLC purchased an apartment building at 7450 E. 22nd St. from Paul E. Carlson for $600,000.
LEASES
• The Chamberlain Group leased 153,600 square feet at 6050 S. Country Club Road and 45,000 square feet at 6020 S. Country Club Road from EastGroup Properties. Robert Glaser of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, and J. Whipple Hazlewood and Allen Rogoway, both of CresaPartners, represented the tenant.
