Four eateries - a Marana elementary school cafeteria, a North Fourth Avenue restaurant, a northwest-side fast-food place and a midtown convenience store - were given provisional licenses after failing Pima County Health Department inspections last month.
All passed after one or two reinspections.
Desert Winds Elementary School, 12675 W. Rudasill Road, in the Marana Unified School District, was cited for five critical violations during a May 6 inspection.
The cafeteria passed a reinspection May 18.
La Indita restaurant, 622 N. Fourth Ave., failed a May 10 inspection with seven critical violations. It also failed a reinspection on May 21, but passed a June 2 inspection.
Nico's Restaurant, 11165 N. La CaƱada Drive, failed a May 5 inspection and was cited for nine critical violations. The restaurant also failed a reinspection on May 18 but passed another inspection on May 28.

The Quik Mart at 745 S. Tucson Blvd. failed an inspection on May 6 with five critical violations. It passed reinspection on May 20.
