SALES
• First River Partners LLC of Prior Lake, Minn., purchased commercial property at 4810 N. First Ave. for $815,000 cash. The seller was 4810 N. 1st Avenue LLC of Phoenix.
• Hacienda Professional Office LLC purchased vacant land at Haciendas at the River, near Hacienda del Sol and River Road, for $650,000. The seller was Watermark Hacienda Tucson LLC.
LEASES
• CareMore Medical Enterprises of Cerritos, Calif., leased 18,229 square feet at Northmall Center, on the southwest corner of River Road and Stone Avenue. CareMore operates a chain of medical facilities specializing in senior health care. The facility is expected to open by year's end and will be the fourth Tucson location for CareMore. Nancy McClure of CBRE's Tucson office represented the landlord, Brixmor Property Group of New York City. The tenant was represented by Omar Dauod of Cresa in Newport Beach, Calif.

• PM Tucson LLC, doing business as Papa Murphy's, signed a lease for 1,200 square feet at 2118 W. Grant Road, within Silverbell Plaza at the northeast corner of Grant and Silverbell. David Hammack of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Massapequa Associates LLC.
• Midair Spares Corp. leased 1,265 square feet at 10371 N. Oracle Road, Suite 103, from The Lake Investment Group LLC. Tom Nieman, with Picor Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord. Tari Auletta of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
• The Vitamin Shoppe leased 3,016 square feet at Wetmore Plaza, on the southwest corner of Oracle and Wetmore roads. The store is scheduled to open in the spring. Andy Seleznov represented the landlord, Larsen Baker. Tom Woods of Colliers International represented the tenant.
• Kumon Learning Center leased 1,800 square feet at 5675 N. Swan Road from Swan and Sunrise Associates LLP. Aaron LaPrise with Picor Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, and David Carroll with Romano Real Estate represented the tenant.
