“Bite Size,” a film produced by Gregory School grad Andrew Galdi, screens at The Loft Cinema, 3233 E. Speedway, at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The documentary explores childhood obesity through the eyes of four middle school students. Galdi is a 2006 graduate of St. Gregory College Preparatory School – now The Gregory School.
Also on hand for the screening will be Haile Thomas, an eighth-grader at The Gregory School who has become a nationally known teen chef and health advocate.
“Bite Size” won the Jury Award for Best Documentary at the 2014 Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose., California, and has received positive reviews and recommendations from the Huffington Post, BBC World News and Daily Mail
